Nov. 1986 to June 2000 worked as Sr. Engineer (Purchase) with Escorts Employees Ancillaries Ltd. (an ISO 9001 Co.) at Faridabad. Job function involved making purchasing decisions for consumables, chemicals, oils, machinery spares, office equipments & many other industrial items. Call for quotations, making price comparison, release of Purchase orders, follow-up with suppliers for timely execution of orders/supplies were an important part of the job. Close monitoring of regular items had to be maintained within the inventory level.

Was member of Internal Auditors Team for conducting internal audits as per ISO needs.

Good knowledge of Delhi & Faridabad market & sources of supply. Have good negotiation skills and experience.
